2. Details of the Contract

These conditions define the terms of sale of the digital magazine Equilibri’om - The Powers of Manifestation (hereinafter referred to as "the Magazine"), which is available for free on [www.xiiixacar.com].

This product is a bimonthly and ephemeral digital magazine, consisting of 13 issues + 1 special edition, available in 7 languages: French, Spanish, English, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Esperanto.

3. Products and Services

The magazine is available only in digital format.
Each issue can be purchased individually for FREE in any language.

The magazine content will be available within 24 to 72 hours after request.

4. Purchase Procedure

1. The customer selects the desired issue of the magazine.

2. They contact by email the owner on contact.quantiqua@gmail.com or xiiixacar@gmail.com by entering the necessary information and precising the wishes.

3. After emailing the owner, the customer will receive an email with a link to download the magazine within 72 hours.

4. The content will be accessible for a maximum of 72 hours after contacting the owner.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer acknowledges, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for digital content that is not provided on a physical medium (such as magazines or e-books).
Therefore, once the content is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Liability

• The owner (autor and sender) is not responsible for download errors or technical issues caused by the customer’s equipment.

• The customer must ensure their device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) is compatible with the purchased digital content.

8. Personal Data

• The personal data collected during the purchase is necessary for processing the order.

• This data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• No personal information will be shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

• The magazine is protected by copyright.

• Any reproduction, distribution, or redistribution of the content without permission is strictly prohibited.

• The customer is granted a personal and non-exclusive right of access to the content after purchase, in accordance with these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms of Sale

• The owner/autor/sender reserves the right to modify the Terms of Sale at any time.

• The modifications will be published on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.

• Customers are encouraged to regularly check the Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

• In case of a dispute, the customer may request mediation or file a claim with the competent court.
